Southview School is looking for a dedicated Specialist Therapy Assistant (STA) to join our friendly and supportive team in our unique school setting for children with profound physical impairments.
About the Role
You will work under the direction of the Physical Therapy Lead (PTL) to provide targeted physical and developmental interventions for pupils, both 1:1 and in small groups. You will support pupils with mobility, positioning (following training and care plans), and help adapt resources to ensure every child can access learning. Managing your time flexibly, you'll maintain accurate records and contribute to risk assessments, always prioritising the safeguarding and wellbeing of our pupils.
