What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate high‑quality provision for pupils with SEND
- Work closely with teachers, support staff and senior leaders to ensure every child's needs are met
- Build strong relationships with families, external agencies and professionals
- Use your expertise to guide staff, shape practice, and drive whole‑school inclusion
- Monitor and evaluate progress to ensure all learners shine
