What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate high‑quality provision for pupils with SEND
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff and senior leaders to ensure every child's needs are met
  • Build strong relationships with families, external agencies and professionals
  • Use your expertise to guide staff, shape practice, and drive whole‑school inclusion
  • Monitor and evaluate progress to ensure all learners shine

You’ll be part of a Fantastic SEN Team. You won't be working in isolation! You'll join a supportive, skilled and enthusiastic SEN team who are deeply committed to inclusive education.
