We are looking to appoint an adaptable and motivated person to join our friendly school team for a fixed term until 31st August 2027. The successful applicant will be working on a 1:1 basis with children that have high levels of SEND need. Previous experience is essential for this role.
You will need to have a patient, positive and kind attitude, with excellent communication skills and a genuine love of working with children. Working as part of a team; you will need to be calm, flexible, dedicated and be able to form positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
The applicant will show initiative and flexibility under the guidance of the class teachers and SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and will be able to maintain a positive attitude. Applicants will understand the professional nature of the role.
