The role of the Early Years Apprentice is to help ensure all children receive outstanding quality care and education and supporting families to thrive. Meeting the children\’s individual needs, creating an enriched learning environment, supported by us and your tutor for you to reach and gain your qualification.

Requirements:

  • You must have GCSE Maths and English (Language or Literature is acceptable) grades A-C/Level 4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2.
  • You must be a UK or EEA citizen or have lived in the UK for the past 3 years. This is an Apprenticeship funding requirement.

Bicknacre Pre-School is a \’not for profit\’ community-based organisation, situated in the grounds of Priory Primary School, We have a high adult/child ratio, ensuring that we can pay attention to the individual needs of each child in our care. We work hard to provide high quality care for children from the age of 2 up to statutory school age term time only

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
