We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher with excellent and proven leadership and management skills to join our experienced and supportive leadership team.
We are looking for a person who:
· is an outstanding classroom practitioner and has a deep knowledge of the primary curriculum and design
· has a great understanding of pedagogy and best practice, linked to research, in teaching, learning and assessment
· has high expectations of the children, staff and themselves with a passion for raising standards and attainment
· has a commitment to providing the best learning provision for all pupils, regardless of need
· has a very good knowledge and experience of positively supporting behaviour
· works well as part of a team and has a commitment to improving and developing their own and others\’ practice
· has demonstrated an ability to lead others successfully, preferably as part of a senior leadership team
· is an excellent role model for the staff and children within the school
