Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist our established behaviour team to ensure high standards of behaviour, learning and achievement with students whilst promoting our vision of Dignity, Collaboration, Positivity and Aspiration. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and organised person to assist in dealing with a wide range of needs for our students, across all year groups within our Curriculum Plus Centre. You will need to have the ability to relate to both students, young people and adults, and ideally have experience within an educational setting and dealing with students who may challenge behavioural boundaries. A key part of this role will be to deal with challenging situations; you must be able to work on an individual basis, including working and supporting students learning within the room, and be able to work as part of a team. Excellent administrative and IT skills are essential, as behavioural administration work will also be expected. You will need to strive to demonstrate, embed and uphold the school's PRIDE core values of Positivity, Resilience, Integrity, Dignity and Equality in order to support the character development of all students.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience within an educational setting is useful, but not essential; full training will be provided.
