Philip Morant School and College in Colchester is seeking a Learning Support Assistant.

The role supports learners with SEND in class and interventions, acting as a key worker, and arranging withdrawal interventions.

The position is part-time (30 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30–15:00) for 39 weeks per year including term time and non-pupil days.
