We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and well-motivated support staff member to join our admin and finance team in our special school and Trust.

• Skilled and sensitive in communication with schoolstaff, parents and carers, external organisations andall stakeholders
• Able to work flexibly and prioritise tasks
• Able to adapt approaches and understand different points of view
• Confident, patient and capable- able to work individually as well as collaboratively
• Confidential, discreet and aware of GDPR at all times
• Experience with Finance Administration, First Aid and EHCP process an advantage

Information about the School

Kingswode Hoe is a special school for pupils with complex learning difficulties. We take pupils aged between 5 and 16 (Y1 - Y11) living in the Colchester area. All pupils are admitted to the school by the Statutory Assessment team of Essex Local Authority based at Essex House in Colchester. We are currently funded for 151 places.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
