The Role
The primary teacher will focus on the individual child, building nurturing relationships and motivating students to achieve. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Maths and/or English lessons at GCSE level.
- Managing complex and challenging behaviours with consistency and flexibility.
- Contributing to curriculum design and extra‑curricular programming.
- Partnering with parents, carers, local authority teams and therapeutic staff to secure outcomes for the child.
- Participating in professional learning and therapeutic training sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
- PQ or equivalent primary teaching qualification.
- Willingness to teach Maths and/or English at GCSE level.
