Shorefields in Colchester is seeking a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027.
This part-time role is 27.5 hours per week, with a split schedule: 08:45β11:45 and 12:45β15:15, Monday to Friday, starting 02 November 2026.
You will support children emotionally and academically, supervise activities, use visual schedules, and work closely with the class teacher to implement targeted learning programmes and interventions.
