Kingswode Hoe School in Colchester is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated MLD team. This part-time, permanent role starts September 2026, with training and mentoring to support pupil learning and outcomes in a Good school environment.

The HLTA will lead learning sessions, work with pupils aged 5-16, and contribute to PE and outdoor learning initiatives.

Applicants must have English and Maths GCSE at grade C or equivalent, and show flexibility.
