We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our bank of casual staff covering classes from Nursery to Year 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a high level of empathy and compassion
- Have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children
- Feel confident in supporting good SEN practice in the classroom
- Remain calm in challenging situations and work closely as part of a team
- Have an understanding of trauma informed practice
- Liaise with and report to the class teacher and SENCo
- Support the schools' vision, ethos and values
- Have a good sense of humour
