Term: Fixed (12 months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm‑4pm (20 hrs per week)

39 working weeks (term time plus 5 non‑pupil days)

Salary: Scale 4, point 8‑9 (FTE salary £26,824‑£27,254)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support for a child diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.
  • Create an encouraging, calm and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assist the child to feel comfortable and safe during their time in school.
  • Deliver elements of the EHCP provision after school until 4pm.
  • Collaborate with the class teachers, support team, and run interventions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • GCSE English and Maths at grades A‑C or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience highly desirable (not essential).
