NET Academies Trust are seeking to appoint an inspiring and motivated Assistant Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team of one of our schools on a permanent basis. This is a classroom based role and the successful applicant will have class responsibility as well as playing a significant part in maintaining our high standards of achievement. There will be a designated leadership team out of class every week to support with the leadership aspects of the role. The Assistant Head will work with the Trust, Headteacher, Governors and Senior Leadership team.
Applicants must have a proven track record of raising standards, an excellent understanding and knowledge of improving outcomes for pupils and leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for team teaching, coaching and setting high standards as well as developing and supporting other aspects of the school culture.
