Somers Heath Primary School is looking for a dynamic and driven teacher who is ready to take on a leadership role. Our well-behaved children need teachers who believe that all children, no matter their background, deserve an exceptional education. As Assistant Head, you will support teachers across a key stage to deliver this.
Somers Heath is a two-form entry primary school with a newly refurbished building and a large site. This role will be an Assistant Head for a key stage and help to develop subject leadership. The post holder will need to be an excellent class teacher who can be a model for the professional development of others in the school as well as an aspiring leader who can work with the Senior Leadership Team to continue the development of all aspects of the school.
