Responsibilities:
- Lead safeguarding strategy across the Trust, ensuring a strong, compliant and proactive safeguarding culture.
- Act as the key expert advisor for DSLs, supporting complex cases and ensuring consistency across all academies.
- Lead the Trust's response to changes in legislation and statutory guidance.
- Deliver Trust-level safeguarding training and oversee safeguarding systems and audits.
- Support schools during Ofsted inspections and champion best practice across the Trust.
- Be the leader who helps us keep every child safe.

Information about the School: The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is an emerging multi-academy trust based in Springfield, Chelmsford. The trust was formerly known as The Boswells Academy Trust but changed name in late 2017 to reflect the growth of the trust beyond one school. There are currently 8 schools across Essex in the CLP multi academy trust.
