The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is seeking a Trust Safeguarding Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of safeguarding across its family of schools. You will lead development of a strong safeguarding culture, work with Headteachers, DSLs and external agencies, and ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation.
This role requires extensive safeguarding experience, excellent leadership, and the ability to drive improvements across multiple academies.
