Essex Special Schools Education Trust (ESSET) is recruiting an Outreach Support Worker/Teacher to join its expanding ESSET Outreach service across Essex schools. You will support SEND learners, model inclusive practice, deliver interventions, and provide guidance to staff, with a focus on KS3 transition and early identification of needs.
Working under the Outreach Lead, you will embed recommendations, write reports, and participate in outreach training.
