About the Role

As Admin Team Leader, you will be at the heart of the school, leading the office team and ensuring an efficient, professional service to pupils, parents and staff.

You will:

  • Lead and organise the admin team, ensuring excellent daily operations
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls and enquiries
  • Oversee attendance, pupil welfare and front office systems
  • Manage key areas including HR admin, finance processes, and data compliance (GDPR)
  • Support the Headteacher with communications, reports and school systems
  • Ensure the school office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally at all times
