This isn't just admin – it's the beating heart of our HR function. You'll play a key role in supporting staff across multiple schools, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to exit
- Managing HR records, contracts, and compliance checks (DBS, right to work, references)
- Being the first point of contact for staff HR queries
- Keeping data accurate across systems, including the Single Central Register
- Coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding, and probation tracking
- Supporting appraisals, reporting, and HR projects
