Lansdowne Primary Academy is part of the Gateway Learning Community (GLC), a partnership between one secondary and four primary schools located within Tilbury and Chadwell in the borough of Thurrock to the east of London. Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant evidence in whole-school transformation leading directly to outstanding outcomes for pupils. They must be able to evidence exceptional leadership as well as exemplary practice as a classroom practitioner. The final responsibilities for this role will be negotiated according to the successful candidate's experience and ambitions.
