The College is seeking Inclusion Coaches (LSAs) to work with young people at varying levels across the curriculum. Successful candidates will support learners with a range of SEND needs and empower them towards independence. You will advise and guide staff at all levels on inclusive practice.
Responsibilities
- Work with learners across the curriculum to support their independence and inclusion.
- Advise staff on inclusive teaching strategies and adapt lessons to meet learner needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement inclusive practices.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and support strategies.
Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4‑9 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in education or working with SEND learners (preferred).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Workload and Salary
- 37 hours per week for 38 weeks a year.
- Starting salary will depend on qualifications, skills and experience.
- This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
