The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our three Electrical Installations workshops, two Plumbing workshops and stores. You will need to have experience of electrical systems and be willing to share your skills, knowledge and experience with our learners. We need someone who can organise and deliver workshop tasks to a high standard and support the needs of our learners. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels of materials.
Full training and support will be provided dependent on skills, knowledge and experience. The successful candidate will provide support, quality in sharing skills and consistency in practices, contributing to team meetings and play a key part in team processes. Health and safety is a key consideration, and you will play a key part in ensuring the requirements are met, including ensuring risk assessments are up to date and reviewed.
It is essential that you can demonstrate good planning and organisation skills, be proactive and flexible in your approach. We will need you to be committed to improving industry standards and the skills of the local workforce servicing industry.
