This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Grove House School in Brentwood. Our students have Speech, Language & Communication difficulties. All pupils have an EHCP with SLCN as their priority need. We have a small therapeutic team based at the school, working alongside our teaching and support staff, enhancing pupil learning and development.
Our staff are friendly, caring, and committed to achieving the best possible pupil outcomes so that when they leave us, our young people are prepared for the next stage in their lives. The role involves working with pupils with SLCN, collaborating with the therapeutic team, delivering focused teaching, and supporting pupils to achieve their educational goals.
Prior experience of SEND is desirable, but not a necessity, as we offer an excellent package of professional development. Additional allowance: 1SEN.
