Ingatestone & Fryerning C of E Junior School, part of the Mid Essex Anglican Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint two Mid-Day Assistants to join our dedicated team of lunchtime support staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting our students during lunchtime and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Salary for 7.5 hours per week: £4,316.62 - £4,382.40; Salary for 3.00 hours per week: £1,726.65 - £1,752.96
Working hours: 11:45am - 1:15pm Monday to Friday, term time only (38 weeks per year). One position for 3.00 hours per week and the other for 7.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising students during lunchtime and ensuring their safety and well-being
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values
- Assisting with the set-up and clearing away of lunchtime equipment and facilities
- Providing basic first aid if required
- Liaising with other members of staff and parents if necessary
