The Role:
- Support and engage children in a variety of activities including arts & crafts, games, den building and sports
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a friendly team
- Set up and tidy activities and equipment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers
- Support both indoor and outdoor play experiences
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, energetic and approachable individual
- Someone who enjoys working with children and can create a fun, engaging environment
- Reliable, proactive and able to use initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, holiday club or similar) is preferred but not essential
- Level 2/3 childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
