Bardfield Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is seeking an Out of School Teatime Club Assistant for 10 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 3:15pm to 5:45pm. This fixed-term role starts on 23/11/2026 and runs until 31/08/2027.
The successful applicant will supervise and support pupils with homework and reading, in a warm, inclusive setting. SEAT values belonging, compassion, curiosity and empowerment, with opportunities for professional growth and safeguarding commitments.
