Designated Mental Health Lead, Staff and Pupil Counsellor

Cresco Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a designated mental health lead and counsellor who can work across 3 of our 4 schools (Great Berry, Noak Bridge and Lincewood) to support the mental health and well-being of all our staff and pupils.

The position is for 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You will need to be flexible and proactive, and able to travel the short distance between the schools which are all situated within the Basildon area.

All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, safer recruitment checks and satisfactory references.

Cresco are committed to the mental health and well-being of all staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified practitioner to lead the mental health and well-being across each school in the trust.
