The successful candidate will play a key role in high-quality science lessons, helping to inspire curiosity and a love of learning in all our students. The role involves preparing, maintaining and organising equipment and resources for practical work across a range of science disciplines. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a safe, engaging and effective learning environment, ensuring that all practical activities run smoothly and efficiently.
You should have the ability to work flexibly and respond to the varied demands of a busy school environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a proactive and positive approach to supporting both staff and students.
Experience of working in a laboratory or school environment would be desirable, although training can be provided and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety is essential. This is a public-facing role, so fluency in English is required.
