We are seeking to appoint a part‑time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our Admin team from April 2026. The post holder will be responsible for delivering an efficient and professional front‑of‑house service at all times and completing various admin tasks as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing front‑of‑house reception cover Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Delivering comprehensive administration support to ensure smooth running of reception duties and other school‑wide administrative tasks as requested
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff
- Managing and prioritising multiple tasks in a busy office/reception environment
Qualifications and experience required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Desirable experience working in a busy office or reception environment
- Confidence and competence in delivering administrative support services
- Commitment to safeguarding: subject to enhanced DBS check, medical check, references and safer recruitment requirements
