Hours: 23 hours per week, pro-rated salary £16,155 per annum (based on 23 hours per week)

Shift Patterns: Monday & Friday evenings (17:30 - 21:30); Tuesday to Thursday evenings (17:30 - 22:30). Work during daytime hours in the school holiday periods and evenings during the weekend will also be considered based on demand.

Responsibilities:

  • Support evening activities, manage lettings, and assist with site maintenance.
  • Responsible for front-of-house services within the sports facilities.
  • Receive and process lettings, ensuring facilities are safe and ready for hirers.
  • Oversee equipment required for bookings and manage day-to-day operations during lettings hours.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and well-presented environment across the school premises.
