West Thurrock Academy has a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dedicated and hardworking Catering Team. The job will involve working in our busy kitchen. The successful candidate will be expected to support with the preparation and serving of food and general kitchen duties. It is preferable you have had experience of working in a school kitchen and have an awareness of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures; however, this is not essential as training will be given.

Information about the School: West Thurrock Academy is a two-form school which currently has 450 children on role. The school is very spacious with a large hall for P.E, assemblies and school meals, plenty of outdoor learning zones and access to a good-sized field. The school is open and inclusive, enabling our children to learn and explore in a safe and secure environment. West Thurrock Academy is a Single Academy Trust with a Governing Body and a Members Board. The school is currently rated Good with Ofsted, July 2022.
