Role

The thriving team of Health, part of a busy department offering Health, Care, Science and Sport, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic full-time Health Care Lecturer to teach primarily on our T Level Health Programmes, but also at Levels 1 to 3. There may also be an opportunity to deliver on our new HTQ Level 4/5 Healthcare Professions\\\’ Support Programme. The successful candidate will be joining the team at a time when involvement in the support and design of the new curricula for 16-18 and Adult Learning Programmes will play a part in the role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in Health, Nursing or appropriate Healthcare profession
  • A Level 5 teaching qualification
  • A proven track record of excellence in teaching and learning practices
  • The ability to prepare, plan, and deliver high-quality, engaging, and dynamic lessons that support learners effectively
  • Additionally, having up-to-date subject knowledge and industry experience, as well as expertise in curriculum design and delivery, would be highly advantageous.
