Join Our Team at Bocking Primary School!
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalised 1-to-1 support to pupils with complex SEND to enable them to access the curriculum.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and the SEND coordinator to implement EHCPs.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting support strategies as needed.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
- Assist with the development of pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural skills.
- Proven experience working with children with learning needs and SEND.
- Understanding of strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive to changing pupil needs.
- A proactive approach to professional development.
- 17.50 Hours per Week
- Working Monday to Friday 9:30-13:00
- 38 Weeks per Year
