Shoredons & Co Legal is a modern, fully remote law firm, offering a range of corporate, commercial, data protection, employment, and commercial property law services.

We are looking for a corporate solicitor to join us as a consultant. Workload will include:

  • Small-medium sized mergers and acquisitions.
  • Shareholders agreements and articles.
  • Creating new classes of shares (including growth shares).
  • Share buybacks.
  • Group restructures.
  • And a range of other corporate work.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have at least 5 years PQE as an English qualified solicitor.
  • Be based in the UK.
  • Be friendly, responsive, proactive and approachable.
  • Have high standards and great attention to detail.
  • Be able to work independently and remotely.
  • A solicitor with a client base would be preferred, but it’s not essential.

The successful candidate will be paid:

  • 75% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by the consultant;
  • 50% of all fees paid by clients of the firm, for services delivered by the consultant;
  • A referral fee of 10% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by other solicitors of the firm.
