Overview
Exciting opportunity for an exceptional Corporate Solicitor (6+ years PQE) to join us as a consultant at Shoredons & Co Legal. We are a fully remote law firm offering corporate, commercial, data protection, employment, and commercial property law services.
Role Description
The successful candidate will join us as a consultant, responsible for handling a regular flow of corporate law enquiries, converting them to clients and delivering the work. The role includes a broad range of corporate matters:
- Small to medium sized business sales and acquisitions
- Corporate restructures
- Shareholders\β agreements and articles
- Share buybacks
- A broad range of other corporate queries
A solicitor with a following would be preferred, but it is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop a pipeline of corporate law matters
- Deliver high-quality corporate services to clients
- Manage client relationships and communications remotely
Requirements
- At least 6 years PQE as an English-qualified corporate law solicitor
- Friendly, responsive, proactive and approachable
- High standards and excellent attention to detail
- No client claims or complaints relating to previous work
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
Remuneration
- 50% of all fees paid by clients of the firm for services delivered by the consultant
- 75% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant for services delivered by the consultant
- Referral fee of 10% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant for services delivered by other solicitors of the firm
