Role DescriptionWe\’re looking for a commercial property solicitor to join us as a consultant.

Commercial property sales and acquisitions.Commercial leases.Lease assignments.Lease surrenders.And more…

RequirementsThe successful candidate must:

Be an english qualified solicitor, based in the UK.Have at lease 5 years PQE.Have experience advising small businesses and SMEs.Have high standards and great attention to detail.Be friendly, responsive, proactive and approachable.Be able to work independently and remotely.

A solicitor with a following would be preferred, but it\’s not essential.

Any experience in advising on small business sales and acquisitions (where the lease is the main asset to be transferred) would also be preferred, but it\’s not essential.

RemunerationThe successful candidate will be paid:

50% of all fees paid by clients of the firm, for services delivered by the consultant.75% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by the consultant; andA referral fee of 10% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by other solicitors of the firm.Increase your earnings – work less for more.Take control of your work-life balance – manage your own workload and work from home, permanently.Full administrative and compliance support provided – we take care of onboarding, file opening, billing and money on account etc, leaving you to focus on delivering your work.Join part of an innovative, modern and technology-driven firm – all you need is a laptop to deliver your work.
