Location: East London (Hybrid) Works Closely With: Production Manager, Design Team, Suppliers and Factories About Charoux Charoux (Charoux.co) is a fast-growing Mens and Womens designer brand launching in Fall 26, it is already stocked in the world’s leading accounts and is the centre piece of a fashion group, founded by Wil Beedle, that also includes Shoreditch Ski Club. The group also has an agency wing, designing, developing and producing collections for some of the world’s leading designer and luxury brands. The Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Product Developer to support the development of seasonal collections across men’s and women’s collections. Across all group projects. Working closely with the Head of Design and Production Manager, you will manage the product development process from initial concept through to production handover, ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification and within target costs. This role is ideal for someone who has gained experience within a multi brand or multi category environment and is looking to take ownership of product development within a growing business. Key Responsibilities Product Development Manage product development from design handover through to production approval. Manage third party communication with clients and vendors. Create and maintain tech packs and product specifications. Track samples through multiple development stages. Review prototypes and sales samples, ensuring all comments are communicated clearly to suppliers. Support fit sessions and record fit comments. Ensure products meet design intent, quality standards and commercial requirements. Supplier Management Liaise daily with factories, mills and trim suppliers. Manage development timelines and critical paths. Follow up on sample submissions and approvals. Support material and trim sourcing initiatives. Costing
