East London (Hybrid) Production Manager, Design Team, Suppliers and Factories co) is a fast-growing Mens and Womens designer brand launching in Fall 26, it is already stocked in the world’s leading accounts and is the centre piece of a fashion group, founded by Wil Beedle, that also includes Shoreditch Ski Club. The group also has an agency wing, designing, developing and producing collections for some of the world’s leading designer and luxury brands. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Product Developer to support the development of seasonal collections across men’s and women’s collections. Across all group projects. Working closely with the Head of Design and Production Manager, you will manage the product development process from initial concept through to production handover, ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification and within target costs. This role is ideal for someone who has gained experience within a multi brand or multi category environment and is looking to take ownership of product development within a growing business. Product Development Manage product development from design handover through to production approval. Track samples through multiple development stages. Ensure products meet design intent, quality standards and commercial requirements. Manage development timelines and critical paths. Costing & Commercial Support Monitor development costs against targets. Quality & Compliance Support product testing requirements. Maintain accurate product data and development records. Ensure products comply with brand standards and relevant regulatory requirements. Assist in seasonal range reviews and development meetings. Support handover from development into bulk production. 3–5 years’ experience in a Product Development role. ~ Experience communicating directly with overseas suppliers and factories. ~ Excellent organisational and project management skills. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft applications.
