Tasks and responsibilities
  • Work across a variety of job types. While most briefs are UX/UI or product-focused, you'll also get stuck into branding, graphic design, pitch decks, animation storyboards and more.
  • Lead complex, fixed-term jobs – including client and project management – ensuring timely delivery to our silver-service standard.
  • Collaborate with designers to create exceptional digital products and websites that exceed client expectations, demonstrating best practices, creativity, and commercial impact.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and quality across all our work.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, user requirements and technical constraints – and translate them into elegant, intuitive, effective designs.
  • Lead design sprints, workshops and presentations that engage clients and explain our process and problem-solving approach.
  • Mentor junior and mid-weight designers, offering feedback, support and guidance to help them grow.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes across the wider team.
Essential skills and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and process.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus points for After Effects, Webflow, Framer or similar.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, interaction design, user-centred design and product principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can clearly articulate your thinking, rationale and vision to both clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
