We\’re seeking a
Group Finance Reporting Systems Manager
who will oversee group-wide ERP platforms, with a key focus on
Sage X3
, and play a hands-on role in onboarding new acquisitions. This is an opportunity to influence system strategy at the highest level, working closely with senior leadership while delivering operational impact across multiple entities.

The Role

As Group Finance Systems Manager, you\’ll act as the bridge between
finance, IT, and operations
, ensuring systems are consistent, scalable, and capable of supporting continued rapid growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising ERP and reporting platforms.
  • Leading system integration for acquisitions across the group.
  • Supporting ERP/WMS/TMS implementations and issue resolution.
  • Developing dashboards, reports, and light-touch customisations.
  • Assisting finance teams with month-end, year-end, and audit requirements.
  • Providing training and serving as the go-to systems expert.
  • Managing vendor and integration partner relationships.

What We\’re Looking For

We need more than just a systems specialist – we\’re after a
change enabler
who can influence at all levels, across different cultures and geographies.

  • Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Proven experience in
    finance systems management
    .
  • Strong ERP implementation background (Sage X3 preferred; other Sage products considered).
  • Technical knowledge in
    SQL, APIs, and data management
    (highly desirable).
  • Experience working in
    multi-entity or acquisitive environments
    .
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to build strong relationships across finance and IT.
