This is a rare opportunity for an experienced interim finance professional to step into a high profile transformation role, working closely with senior leadership to help shape a scalable, future fit finance function, within this forward thinking company. The role will be for 3-6 months and will require a Qualified Accountant that has led the transformation of an accounting dept through a period of change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strengthening financial controls, reporting capability and core finance processes
- Partnering with external advisers on tax, compliance and structuring matters
- Reviewing and enhancing finance systems, operational workflows and efficiencies
- Designing the future finance operating model and reporting framework
- Acting as a senior escalation point and strategic support to the finance team
- Bringing leadership, clarity and stability during a significant period of change
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in finance transformation, restructuring or change environments
- Strong understanding of systems, controls and process improvement
- Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands on where needed
- A calm, credible and commercially minded leader who brings structure and clarity
