The Role:

• Supported by the rest of the Project Management Team and reporting to an Account Manager, the ideal candidate will be expected to deliver in the following areas:

• Project Management
• Deliver end-to-end events, including conferences, congresses, meetings and corporate celebrations
• Work with event templates including timelines, budgets, and operational schedules
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Travel onsite for event delivery and lead operational teams during live events
• Attend regular calls, presentations and review meetings with direct client contact and document notes and provide follow up reports
• Manage a project team and ensure all team members are on top of their tasks
• Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for allocated projects
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and project updates
• Understand client objectives and translate them into successful event experiences
• Financial Management
• Create, manage and track event budgets
• Negotiate with suppliers and venues to achieve best value and maximise margins
• Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Complete expenses in a timely manner
