Skills & Experience Required
- Circa 6 years’ experience in an events agency with a willingness to travel globally
- Experience running internal and external conferences, award ceremonies, congresses and overseas incentives
- Delegate management experience of 300+ attendees using CVENT
- Large budget management, invoicing and event reconciliation
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a project team
- Proven experience of building client relationships, meeting clients face to face and virtually
- Excellent venue and destination knowledge including strong relationships with venues and DMC’s
- Negotiation and contracting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at one time
- Proposal writing and pitching skills
- The ability to take client briefs and provide outstanding solutions and creative options with a creative mindset
- Ability to manage AV and event production including faculty management
- Risk assessments management & completion of RAMs
- Knowledge of Office and ability to use office applications
- Technology – Use of event technology including event apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- An aptitude to follow company/event processes
- The flexibility to work from home and in the office
