What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contributing to monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Proactively generating new business through outbound activity
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations and sales conversations (following an initial onboarding period where we develop your product knowledge)
- Building strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Identifying opportunities through market insights and competitor awareness
- Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within a B2B environment
- A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confidence communicating via phone, email, LI messaging, video, and in-person meetings
- Resilience and a positive mindset when handling rejection
- Strong organisational skills and pipeline management ability
- A driven, self-motivated attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
- A team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working within SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing sales
- Existing network within retail or eCommerce sectors
Competitive base salary (£26,250 – £30,000 depending on experience) with uncapped commission and strong earning potential. Early finish: 4pm Monday to Thursday, 3pm Friday. 37 days holiday (including bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, and your birthday off).
