A bit about the role

As Senior Manager for Brand Marketers, you will be responsible for building, nurturing and securing a network of brand marketers for POSSIBLE EUROPE. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy and execution of brand marketer (buyer) acquisition and retention at both an individual and organisational level, securing qualified senior leaders across the creative marketing ecosystem to participate in our events and curated meeting experiences. This is a hands‑on, target‑driven role focused on delivering both the volume and quality of brand marketers while nurturing long‑term relationships that strengthen the POSSIBLE community year‑round and onsite. You will serve as a strategic relationship builder and brand ambassador, identifying, engaging, and securing senior‑level buyers through multiple outreach channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, in‑person meetings, industry events, and existing partnerships. You will confidently communicate the value of POSSIBLE’s portfolio and programmes, aligning brand marketer priorities with sponsor and partner objectives to drive meaningful connections and measurable outcomes. With a strong sales‑oriented mindset, you will manage your own recruitment targets across multiple event portfolios simultaneously, consistently meeting and/or exceeding KPIs. You will own pipeline management and reporting, maintaining accurate CRM records to track outreach, conversions, registrations, buyer quality metrics, and overall programme performance.

A bit about the division

Global Ventures is Hyve’s dedicated accelerator unit which launches new events and supercharges new ventures. This is where event launches are born and new products are accelerated, powered by obsessive customer focus, rapid experimentation, simple decision‑making and entrepreneurial energy.

As part of your job, you’ll:

  • Manage and grow key business accounts, developing existing relationships and generating new connections with brand marketers.
  • Arrange virtual and in‑person meetings and presentations with individuals, associations and accounts to deliver registrations of large contingents from top brands for the Hosted Programme as well as paid for delegate tickets.
  • Meet weekly and monthly attendee acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Prospecting via phone to grow new business pipelines and follow up on marketing efforts, also leveraging data platforms directly (LinkedIn, HubSpot).
  • Identify and engage with senior and C‑suite executives, confident to understand their key projects and challenges and communicate POSSIBLE’s portfolio and capabilities.
  • Conceptualise and execute new engagement methods.
  • Identify POSSIBLE advocates and empower them to support and engage with our community.
  • Be a POSSIBLE advocate, creating your own social presence in line with the POSSIBLE brand, responding to community conversations and sparking discussions of your own.
  • Staying up to date with industry‑led trends, bringing them forward, and continually contributing to and help shape the community roadmap.
  • Cross‑collaboration with content, marketing, events and sales to ensure we’re tactically leveraging our community to meet team and organisational wide goals.
  • Attend industry events, ensuring ROI is demonstrated.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to post‑show feedback.
  • Regularly build data and ensure CRM is updated daily with new leads and opportunities.
  • Track registration, produce contingency plans when necessary to meet independent and overall target goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate high standards of customer service and community building.
  • Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads to registered attendees.
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversion across key accounts, including producing exciting, original and highly personalised and targeted copy.

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

Experience Required:

  • Experience in high growth, high volume account management or new business sales within the events, marketing, or SaaS industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in a targeted & performance‑based Sales/Business Development role.
  • An effective sales leader with a track record of top performance and exceeding sales targets, confident in all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Confident presenter and ability to engage with the C‑suite.
  • Exhibit self‑motivation and an inquisitive nature.
  • Be comfortable in a fast‑paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in developing a pipeline from scratch, with the initiative to build, own and execute campaigns.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be passionate about building an admired product and cultivating community across the marketing and related industries.
  • Be on top of marketing industry news and trends (funding raised, acquisitions, company results, etc.).
  • Knowledge and ease of use across operating systems such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, CRM platforms, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Meet Alfred.
  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and organise your time effectively.
