About the role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our in-house creative team. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce innovative, high-quality designs in print, digital and motion formats that captivate audiences, elevate our brands, and drive business success in a high-energy, fast-moving and ambitious environment.
As part of your job, you’ll be:
- Design Leadership: Take ownership of high-impact design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative vision. Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to develop and refine our brand's visual identities with the Heads of Marketing and Portfolio Directors. Support the Head of Creative with creative brand conceptualisation. Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Creative Execution: Create brand guidelines in a way that enables and empowers marketing teams to own ongoing work they might need with light touch guidance. Produce and instill a set of clear and consistent branded templates for marketing and sales teams to use. Produce assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives as part of an agreed suite of assets. Develop designs for a range of mediums including digital, print, social media, email, packaging, and events, innovative Video/Animations. Deliver visually stunning designs that communicate brand messages effectively while maintaining consistency. Use of AI tools to help create effective yet efficient images/creative to support marketing campaigns.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand visually competitive.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards with the help of a creative Project Manager and the Head of Creative. Work with external vendors, printers, and contractors as needed to execute projects. Ensure proper file organisation and version control for efficient hand-offs and archiving.
Here’s what we’re looking for from you:
- 8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house team or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital/print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the latest integrated AI tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and motion graphics experience.
