A bit about the role
As a Speaker Logistics Executive for the Bett Show, you will join the content team and work closely with the wider Bett team. Your role will be to lead on all aspects of speaker management, both pre-show (Bett Asia and Bett UK) and onsite (Bett UK). It would be an advantage if you have experience of producing talks or workshops as you will also support the management of the Tech User Labs programme. As part of your job, you’ll be:
- Ownership of all speaker logistics: Including, liaising with confirmed speakers, sending out speaker instructions, collecting speaker assets, updating speaker profiles and agendas on the Bett website.
- Support the production of the Tech User Labs workshop programme.
- Managing the speaker inbox for Bett.
- Collaboration with the client engagement team, to support speaker logistics for sponsored content sessions.
- Onsite speaker management: managing the speaker lounge. Checking in speakers, AV updates and supporting speakers to get to their sessions.
- Supporting to gather speaker assets for associated content marketing which may include video, written and social media-based campaigns.
