Our portfolio features some of the world’s leading events in sectors like ecommerce, healthcare, edtech, and fintech. We’re growing fast with an entrepreneurial culture that empowers big ideas and quick action, plus an ambitious acquisition strategy bringing exciting new events into our mix. Alongside our market‑leading events, we’re building tech and data‑driven products that supercharge connections – from one‑to‑one meeting programs and curated table talks to year‑round engagement platforms. A bit about you

First things first: whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve — and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning, and look for better ways to make an impact. Our shared behaviours guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

A bit about the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the full‑funnel marketing strategy for POSSIBLE Europe, from building a qualified database to executing high-performance campaigns that drive attendance and commercial success. You’ll play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, generating MQLs, and acquiring high-value attendees across all segments. This is a hands‑on role suited to a strategic marketer with strong executional skills and a bias for action. You’ll manage all campaign planning and delivery, lead audience development, and oversee media and partnership activity. Working closely with the Event Director and cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and performance across all channels. As a flagship launch for Hyve, POSSIBLE Europe offers the rare opportunity to shape how a new brand enters and scales in a competitive market. Your work will directly impact pipeline, participation, and market perception, making this one of the most commercially and creatively influential roles on the team.

As part of your job, you’ll:

  • Own and deliver the full go-to-market marketing strategy for POSSIBLE Europe
  • Develop the regional data strategy and build targeted audience databases
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, social, PR, and media partnerships
  • Own messaging, positioning, and campaign creative across all channels and outputs
  • Deliver MQLs to the Sales team and optimise marketing contribution to revenue pipeline
  • Manage and grow relationships with media, associations, and influencer partners to increase brand awareness and reach
  • Oversee the website, ensuring strong UX, SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimisation
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency, accurate forecasting, and spend optimisation
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (Sales, Content, Community) and external vendors (designers, PR, agencies)
  • Create reports and dashboards to track performance, make data‑informed decisions, and refine campaigns over time

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • 3+ years in senior B2B marketing roles, ideally in events, marketing, or professional services
  • Proven experience delivering full‑funnel campaigns that drive SQLs and audience acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, marketing automation, and performance marketing
  • Track record of successfully launching new products, events, or brands
  • Experience using CRM and marketing tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, CLAY, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong editorial and copywriting sensibility
  • Strong analytical mindset, confident making decisions based on data
  • Highly organised with excellent project management and time management skills
  • Confident operating in fast‑paced, high-growth environments, especially launches
