About Manifest Europe

Building on the success of Manifest in Las Vegas, Manifest Europe is bringing together the supply chain and logistics ecosystem in Europe for the first time. Launching in Lisbon in October 2027, the event will bring together shippers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, carriers, ports and terminals, technology providers, startups, and investors, to create Europe’s leading business meeting place for growth. Manifest Europe has already secured strong early momentum, with DHL confirmed as Presenting Sponsor alongside more than 120 Launch Partners across sponsor companies, investors, shippers, and media partners. Europe sits at the intersection of global trade, regulation, sustainability, and rapid innovation, creating a clear need for a high-quality, curated meeting place for the industry.

We are looking for a smart, ambitious and commercially driven sales professional who wants to help build a flagship event from the ground up and play a key role in its long-term success.

To build strong relationships in the market with new business customers, to drive new business whilst building longer term expansion and renewal opportunities.

A bit about the role

As Commercial Partnerships Manager for Manifest Europe, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue by actively managing and growing customers. Your focus will be on securing new business, developing existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and consistently delivering against sales targets. You’ll build strong day-to-day relationships, maintain a healthy pipeline, and ensure clients see clear value in partnering with us year after year.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive new business acquisition.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of new business clients, building strong year-round relationships for expansion revenue and future rebook and upsell opportunities.
  • Increase share of wallet by promoting sponsorship upgrades, add-ons, and multi-event packages.
  • Maintain an accurate, healthy sales pipeline with clear forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Consistently achieve activity KPIs across prospecting, meetings, proposals and pipeline generation to maintain strong commercial momentum.
  • Understand client objectives and align event solutions to meet their marketing and commercial goals.
  • Create tailored proposals, pitch decks, and commercial packages to win business.
  • Be comfortable speaking to and pitching to customers online and face to face.
  • Target accounts and work with marketing and the wider team to build an acquisition strategy.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing and content teams to ensure smooth execution and strong client experience onsite.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor events, and shifting customer priorities to inform sales strategy.
  • Drive high rebook rates by demonstrating ROI and securing repeat business for future editions.
  • Represent Manifest Europe at industry events, customer meetings and networking functions throughout the year to build market presence and generate new business opportunities.

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

Experience Required

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience - Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding revenue targets, ideally within events, media, sponsorship, or a related commercial environment.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills - Confident in pitching, handling objections, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals with mid-to-senior level decision-makers.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building - Ability to build long-term client relationships, understand business objectives, and position tailored solutions that drive retention and growth.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management - Organised and data-driven, with experience managing a structured sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and using CRM systems effectively.
  • Commercial Acumen & Results Focus - Strong understanding of revenue drivers, margin awareness, and the ability to prioritise high-value opportunities in a fast-paced event sales environment.

  • Build a healthy pipeline of high-quality sponsor and exhibitor opportunities across the European Market.
  • Achieved your Year 1 target.
  • Achieved a strong onsite rebook rate and established a solid foundation for Year 2 revenue growth.
  • Be building strong relationships in region for year 2 and beyond.
  • Played a key role in establishing Manifest Europe as the leading business meeting place for the European supply chain and logistics industry.
